- No, there is no minimum order.

- We ship to all countries worldwide except to PO Box. If you are unable to find a shipping method during your checkout, you may contact us at sales@onlinebead.com for a special arrangement. All our shipping rates are discounted rates, we also have a FREE MALAYSIA/SINGAPORE/US SHIPPING option for order over USD50. We ship with USPS, POS EXPRESS, POS LAJU, SKYNET, UPS SAVER etc and their delivery time varies depends on the destination and the services on your area. ( the cheaper services we have are slower, while the more expensive shipping options are faster )We will provides with the online tracking number after we deliver your product if a tracking number is available for the shipment. International shipping charges may vary ± 10%, and if it is required, buyer will need to top up the balance. Buyer may cancel the order if the shipping charges is not acceptable.

- If you use the search option with the accurate product code and you can't find a product you purchased from us earlier, it is out of stock. Out of stock products immediately and automatically disappear from our online catalog when they get sold out. Due to the very large selection of products that we have (thousands of products) it is impossible for us to determine if and when a specific product will be back in stock. Some products are discontinued by our factory management without notice. For this reason - we highly recommend that if you see in-stock products that you wish to buy - purchase them first and don't wait for other products because products in stock today may get sold out very quickly also.
